1986 - Beginning of practice under the guidance of  Gabriella Giubillaro (Advanced Yoga Teacher), numerous  courses conducted by Gabriella. Giubilaro and Sławomir Bubicz (the forerunner of yoga in Poland, founder of Hatha Yoga Academy in Warsaw)

1993 - Participation in The European Yoga Convention with Master B.K.S Iyengar, London, England

1999 - Diploma of Ramamami Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Puna,India

2000 - Practice at Yogi Institute Iyengar under Faeq Biri, Paris, France

2001 - Practice at the Iyengar Yogi Institute in Punjab, Indie

2002 - Participation in The European Yoga Convention with Gita Iyengar

2003 - Yoga course conducted by Danielle Arin - Advanced Yoga Teacher, England

2011 - The Gong Master Degree Diploma , participation in the workshop with Master Don Conreaux
