  1. Arrive at classes 10 minutes before the class starts (previous individual or group yoga classes may take place beforehand).
  2. The pass covers 4 classes (1x a week) or 8 classes (2x a week) and can only be used within a month.
  3. Unused lessons do not pass to the next month.
  4. Keep silent while preparing for classes in the dressing room and in the yoga room.
  5. Prepare a comfortable outfit for yoga classes. We practice barefoot.
  6. Turn off your mobile phone during the lesson.
  7. Do not eat hearty meals before your class. (2-3 hours prior to the class refrain from eating).
  8. All medical conditions and illnesses should be consulted with your physician before commencing. In the case of serious illness, a written medical consent is required.
  9. Respect the place where you practise yoga :)
  10. Be attentive to all instructions given by the teacher that are to enhance the understanding of yoga positions.
  11. Women should be aware that during menstruation, they should avoid reversed positions, strong twists and back bends. At this time , a suitable sequence is recommended (strengthening and relaxing positions).
