Rules of the Yoga Centre
- Arrive at classes 10 minutes before the class starts (previous individual or group yoga classes may take place beforehand).
- The pass covers 4 classes (1x a week) or 8 classes (2x a week) and can only be used within a month.
- Unused lessons do not pass to the next month.
- Keep silent while preparing for classes in the dressing room and in the yoga room.
- Prepare a comfortable outfit for yoga classes. We practice barefoot.
- Turn off your mobile phone during the lesson.
- Do not eat hearty meals before your class. (2-3 hours prior to the class refrain from eating).
- All medical conditions and illnesses should be consulted with your physician before commencing. In the case of serious illness, a written medical consent is required.
- Respect the place where you practise yoga :)
- Be attentive to all instructions given by the teacher that are to enhance the understanding of yoga positions.
- Women should be aware that during menstruation, they should avoid reversed positions, strong twists and back bends. At this time , a suitable sequence is recommended (strengthening and relaxing positions).
